Chapter 1 - How to prepare for a clear and concise computer platform?

To integrate you and your computer, you need to make it easy-to-use. And the easiest way to achieve this criteria, is to make it concise. We have 3 biggest companies in the area of information technology - Microsoft, Google and Apple. I would say, Microsoft isn't good at making things simple, while the others do.

Step 1 : Recognize your present computer
Does your computer have a lot of items on your desktop? Do you find that you have almost no place for further storage? You need to know about your computer.

Step 2 : Draw a tree-diagram to classify all your items
You need to put all things into different categories. A suggested classification is:
- Documents and Files
- Pictures and Photos
- Music and Sound
- Videos
- Shortcuts
- Softwares and Executable files
- Downloads
- Others (do NOT put too much things inside!)
They are recommended to be in the same drive.

Step 3 : Delete the unwanted
Don't hesitate. Just press Delete. You no longer need them.

Temporary files used up a lot of places in the computer and slow down your computer.
